During the Dutch congres 'Duurzaam Geproduceerd' about sustainable production, the Spinning Disc was award the Proces Enlightenment award 2013.
The results were announced after deliberation by the jury, headed by Marga Angle , director of ‘De Groene Zaak’, an online election with nearly 15 thousand votes were cast , and a public vote during the Sustainable Production Congress.
The jury put emphasis about the 'people side' : Spinning Disc also concerns about project worker safety , according to the jury.
